ABSTRACT
The main purpose of this research, according to the set of SKS-5 R-1 quality standard, analysing the transition period of the employees who are working under subcontractor in Dokuz Eylul University hospital, to sustained personnel cadre. In this investigation, the survey method had been used as the data collector. In progress of time, if working conditions and requirements of the employees who transited from subcontracted staff cadre to sustain personnel cadre, are being constituted and enhanced in accordance with expectancy of theirs, the more healthy and happier working conditions would be created as a result of the employees pleasures.
